The reason why he refuses to maintain the warrant on Bashir is because he is against ideas of of ICC for only arresting African leaders. am sorry to say this but your positive side is blinding you, it might as well be called the ignorant side and you didnt answer about Rwigemas wife. furthermore he arrested Patrick Karegeya for what? the country is at its best because it has been made so not by him, he doesnt do shit, but by men beneath him fighting in darfur, foreign rwandan workers and I have to convince you because the truth is one, there is only one conclusion to kagame, he is either despotic or democratic, he isnt the latter

It's called paranoia what you are saying. with strong institutions, the rule of law and a just society, Hutus would not try to exterminate Tutsis and Tutsis wouldn't do the same. Problem in Rwanda as well as Burundi, it's a zero sum game. I take over you are dead and this applies on both tribes. Hutus killed and so did tutsis. of course history is written by the powerful and so is rwandan history now

its not a matter of analysis but a matter of accepting the truth. many people on youtube hide behind a screen and subsequently with the confidence incited and freedom they are given exploit the opportunity in defending worthless causes. we as Rwandans all know the deal.

Well you are right. At the time of liberation, Rwigema and others that you mentioned were the inspiration behind the force...but what kagame has done in 15 years is incredible. I am sure Rwigema is proud of him where is in heaven.

All I know is that Rwanda is better than it ever was. And yes I moved out in 2005...so I don't think it's gotten worse in 4 years...I hope it keeps getting better unlinke most who stand by wishing the worst for a flourishing country like that
