Jane Seymour never ceases to amaze me. So much raw emotion in all of her performances. What a gorgeous, talented actress. So glad I discovered this show!
I'm not going to sift through comments on here, but for whomever is saying to get over it or whatever...her character is supposed to have PTSD - you don't just get over some things...it's a psychological disorder that develops after a stressful event...look it up...
Exactly. And although at first I thought, "Why is she so upset? She's been through Indian abduction (and almost being raped), MULTIPLE gun fights, frantic chases, hostage situations, and more!" However, RANDOM acts of violence are so traumatic because they are random--the psychological fright associated with fearing that it could happen again is what compounds the effects of PTSD.
She's scared. I would be afraid to go to work if that's were I was shot. When I got attacked outside of school one day I was scared for weeks when I had to walk around that same corner.
same with people in accidents and hold their breath everytime they pass a car. Its common. Human fears
