EA management don't care consumers complain about their policies to customer support. They don't care about consumers period. The only thing they appear to respond to is legal action. Get the ball rolling on a class action lawsuit, contact news outlets, stop buying EA games. If there's one you can't miss, get it used.

And don't ever post anything on any EA site. They may temporarily or permanently ban your EA account at a whim, effectively stealing any games and functionality tied to it.
