@zXHiiitman Umm.. this whole video is about what it takes to be a leader. It doesnt matter what skill level he is at, he is a good leader. Having a good leader is the foundation of building a good clan. And seeing how he put a massive clan together says to me- Man this guy is meant to be the leader of this clan. Pred might be a better sniper, but H3CZ is a better leader. :)

What if you make a clan and then you dont let your friends join because either they don't have a PVR or they might not produce great content. So you ask players from other BIG clans to join and tell them all this encouraging stuff on why they should join a 5 subscribers clan and leave a 40,000 subscribers clan. But they all refuse and you quit your clan because you can't find people to join.

@PiNGaming really fucked up now in days so if they join a BIG popular clan they think they are the shit and will never leave unless a BIGGER clan asks them to join but I don't blame them. The players are they key to making the clan successful and popular and having fun as well. If you give me some tips on how to get good players or start off a clan as a leader I would really appreciate it. Most leaders are ragers and if they dont get BIG fast they quit but you have to patient with your clan

From my experience; How to get loyal members, in my opinion the best way to get loyal members is to play with them and pay them attention and remember that they are worth something to you and make them feel personally about being in the team. Also feel free to give them something by playing with them and their friends showing they don't have to give up their friends to be part of a team.

As for getting them, actually become friends and ask after a month if they wanna join your team.

How "OpTic" selects their players is that they have the OpTic challenge which is now usually to have a certain amount of time to make a montage proving how good you are at getting clips in a set timeframe.

How to make your channel successful; Be active, send messages, comment on videos. This will often get people to view your channel and basically just put out the best content you can and other then that you'll know you can't do anything better.

@ARcTicPhaZe Basically if there are people who start to fight amongst each other in the team then warn them if they cannot get along that they will all get booted and remind them how important team works is to become successful. If you notice someone is disrupting the team, don't hesitate, get them out before it becomes worse. Definitely a problem I've had to deal with. Best of luck.

What your team needs to do is to rise to a higher rank in the ladder you are playing because most of the teams that are active will be a high rank so just deal with inactive teams until you get into a position where you will be defending and challenging all the time.

I ending up telling the leader to leave his own clan and hand it over to me and my friend, since then, we've successfully rebuilt our team and it is working well. If he is a good leader other then the minor defect then just tell him that it is not your fault and that your leader needs to take responsibility for his actions. Say these carefully and politely so you will not get kicked.

@FiddyCent28 Well what helps is a Co-Leader, a really good friend who is trustworthy, basically start a two man team and go around in public matches looking for people you consider goods, everyone has their own standards. Ask them if they want to party up and give them a chance to see your skill and for you to see theirs. Become genuine friends and then bring up the topic of asking to join your team. The more you get to know them, the more loyal they tend to be. Best of luck.

How do you recruit people? This question has been asked already but let me elaborate. I have had many, many clans and the real problem is recruiting LOYAL members, and KEEPING them. I recently had a lapse in members because I set up a structure of power so if I was unable to be there they would continue. I told them ask me for a GB match and I will set it up. No one asked, no one did their duties but It was my fault that nothing was going on.
