@caramatamarac basically anything you DO know.. is given a name.. and if you DON'T know it... you title it, or label it.. such as naming. You have opinions. See details of difference between its own differences ("IT" may be "black" AND "white") or what ever else that's "not" the same object (IT may be "white", while something OTHER is "black"). @caramatamarac of course it's possible that "unreal" things such as, "labels" can still refer to things that are "real". The fact that the "name" or "label" or "title" of something, isn't actually what it "is" (which it "is" anything, and everything else that also "is" "existence"), that "name" or "title" is a "thing" also. Names are titles are for your understanding of the difference of things. Could you imagine if there was no knowing of difference in the world? Everything would seem perfect.

words like 'pain', 'diabetes', etc. are just labels, yeah i buy that, but does that really mean that what these labels are referring to doesn't exist?
isn't it possible that 'unreal' things like labels can still refer to things that are 'real'?
if not, why not?
