Just make sure she knows how much you love her. Give her something very special like a bracelet or something personal that she can keep with her at all times. I see my boyfriend every 7 months now because of where he is stationed. I hate it but the feeling when you see each other again is incredible.

Close to multiple people in the army. &On both sides of my family, war has been a big thing. Vietnam, WW2, etc. Since my dad wasn't able to carry on this "tradition", I thought that I'd join the military. I'm almost 17, in a few weeks, and I have recruiters. I understand a lot is sacraficed doing it, but I am willing to take the chance. &I'd love to make my family proud knowing that I moved on from my past&became something great in life. :)

This is an amazing song I'm 11 and prud to say till just a few years ago I've has my great grandfather he fought in world war 2 and lived through it all and very happy to say that!!

I've fortunately never had to experience the loss of someone I'm in love with. Losing my friends still hurts so much that I can't even contemplate how much worse I'd feel if it was a husband or boyfriend who died. Jason, Griffin, Chris, Rusty, and Annie I think of you guys every day.

Close to multiple people in the army. &On both sides of my family, war has been a big thing. Vietnam, WW2, etc. Since my dad wasn't able to carry on this "tradition", I thought that I'd join the military. I'm almost 17, in a few weeks, and I have recruiters. I understand a lot is sacraficed doing it, but I am willing to take the chance. &I'd love to make my family proud knowing that I moved on from my past&became something great in life. :)

@foreveralways22 My boyfriend left two weeks ago...as of today I'll see him in two months and then he's off to AIT for the next 5 weeks then Airborne school and then he gets shipped somewhere...make the best of the time you have left. When he finally leaves it's going to hit you like a rock. Saying goodbye to my guy and feeling our hands part was the toughest thing I've had to go through. Not talking to him is pretty hard too. Make sure to encourage him and keep his hopes high. He'll need it. <3

My SO has been deployed for 10 months thus far and it has been everything but easy. But, I promise you that if you keep your head up and keep moving forward that you'll get better at handling it. My boyfriend is a senior and I am a sophmore. He leaves for the marines in a couple months. I've been having a hard time dealing with it because I'm absolutely terrified for him. This song makes me cry every time I hear it because I'm so scared that this could be us.

Guys stop the arguing, war is neither a noble thing, or is it something to diss people for going into. War is something that the brave people in the world who know we need to fight to keep our rights understand and go into. Killing people is not noble, but your reasons may be. War is scary and terrible. It's stupid we should be arguing about it on some youtube song when we really should be praying for a soldier’s safe return home. God bless our soldiers and that they come home safely.
