i could be wrong, but hey, my car holds itself when its in gear only....

They mentioned the engine location twice, and it has small luggage space, and the porsche turbo costs more because its faster, and LOw profile in THAT car, are you serious, and then the automatuc transmission isnt jurky would you rather a realy annoying manual transmission that you have to keep shifting , or an automatic transimission where you just have to put it in park, reverse, or drive, and who wouldnt like the v8?

You seem really relient on how many cylinders but top gear has tested both the porshes bigger brother the GT2 and the audis cousin the LP560 and they was both the same round a track and the porshe has 2 less cylinders so its not always about cylinders.

i don't really rely on cylinders. i think the porsche 911 gt2 is a very capable sports car. but i would NEVER EVER put $192,000 in a car with 6 cylinders. if it only were to have 6 cylinders, what do i get instead? all the luxury features in the world??? 0-60mph in 3.6 seconds??? a monstrous power level???

the cayman is my least favorite porsche. it's a more expensive porsche boxster without the convertible top. f**ked up car

Actually, as far as i know...

the regular R8 is 0-60 in 4.6 , but there's

a TDI version which makes it 0-60 in 4.4 sec

which has more then 500hp and a top speed of

310KPH instead of 301KPH, not much, but it is

something...

No. The R8 might not do 4.1, but it's faster than 4.6. It is faster than the Mercedes-Benz CL600, so I'm almost positive it's faster than 4.4.

The TDI will be very impressive. There will be a $180,000 V10 option and a $280,000 V12 option.

Audi R8 0-60mph Acceleration: 4.1 seconds

BMW M6 0-60mph Acceleration: 4.5 seconds

Even if I was 0.1 seconds off (which is unlikely), the R8 would still be faster than the M6. And I was only giving you the acceleration times. It is also true that the R8 is faster around turns, and I think the top speed might be highest in the R8 (though I'm not sure about that).

R8 - 4.1

M6 - 4.5

And even if I was off by 0.1 seconds (which is unlikely), the R8 would still be quicker to 60mph. And that's just acceleration. The R8 is also faster around turns, and I think it might have a higher top speed, though I'm not sure about that.

The R8 also has a very luxurious interior. Its ride quality, style, and speed contribute to its success in the market.

i would agree actually. i think both look good, but the r8 doesn't have a "class" appearance as Aston's.

R8's probably a better drive though.

Reliability is an issue too, how good are the Vantage's record?
