5 players off this KU roster were in the nba the following season. This TEAM was deep. They played so well together, considering the majority of them came in as the same class. 8 different leading scorers throught the season, unselfish. Talent. Unity. Among the leaders in the nation in turnover margin, def fg % and rebounding margin. This was one of the greatest college basketball teams in the history of the ncaa tourney in my honest opinion.

Yep. Luck. Except Chalmers hit almost that same exact shot 3 or 4 times at KU as a set play. Somehow Mario shoots them better in pressure situations.
