Dr. Abdullah Abdullah's positon with regard to the second round of voting, is commendable, and substantiated by the most recent opinion of former UN representative Peter Galbraith. Afghans cannot have a legitimate government if the election is allowed to proceed on the current basis, which is even more troubling whenever Secretary of State Clinton is prepared to declare victory, no matter how obviously risible the process.
