i dont know why people are so negative to therltake, i have frio and q6600 @ 3,4ghz and even when fans are at min setting the temps have never gone over 65c with intelburner test

82-83°C after 2 minutes with mbo on tablle, what about 24/7 run @ full load and with with gpu's @ full load in standard pc case, eg. for folding@home?

If I bought this cooler, will it cover up any ram slots on an AM3 mobo? Cause I just went and bought an Arctic Cooling one and I switched back to my stock AMD cooler cause my PC runs terrible on 1 gig of RAM

Pretty awesome that it has all this cooling power, but the heatsink is still so small! Overall I would choose this over a V10 cooler... the v10 is just an oversized cooler.

@SumAznKid215 Yes it will fit. When the Frio is sideways and attached to your CPU its 165mm long. Your case is 205MM Wide(8.10Inches) so you'll be able to fit this Cooler and have about 35mm(1.3Inches) of space left. Any more questions? Glad to help.

@mushufreak sweet thanks man, now my only concern is my motherboard, i read up on some newegg reviews that it blocked a memory slot on other boards, so i have that consider, and i have heatsinks and pipes around my cpu socket, im just afraid it wont sit right, but thanks for the help.

What were the temps of the CPU at 4.2GHz? I will soon buy this cooler regardless of the size, price, or looks. This cooler is probably better than majority of the other competing coolers and actually runs cooler than a Corsair H50 water cooler! Nice job Thermaltake!

the only reason i dont subscribe to thermaltakereview is because of how unprofessional the videos are. for one the intro is annoying, 2, the 'little man' who cant speak english well is completely un nessecary, just review the product like a normal human, 3, the camera work and audio S U C K, jittery camera pans and tons of background noise and echos ruin everything. it should be shot more like a combo of ianlicasing and tigerdirectblog here on youtube

So toll finde ich den jetzt nicht. erstmal sind 2500rpm sehr laut, egal welche lüfter man drauf verbaut, zum anderen ist die kühlleistung mit 70 C° bei 143 W TDP nicht so der bringer. Auf 4,2 Ghz waren es sogar schon 80 C° und ganz sicher, lief da der lüfter nicht im silentmodus!

i just zip tied a $10 vantec tornado,hooked it up to my fan controler and i adjust it when needed \

NEVER HITS ABOVE 42C

and idles at 36c
