you have too play story mode after you beat shanks on the wrecked ship after that he will give you the compass to skypiea then go to inshore alabasta sea area and battle nico robin then go to

alubarna beat croc with secret attack then beat him with super then you unlock luffys costume and nico robin then win with her in a battle.
