@dyeballa04 at the beginning his fingers are on D string (3rd down) 8th fret...next its open...next is on the B string (2nd from bottom) 6th fret..and last string is open...and is played in order of strings 4th..2nd..3rd..1st ... hope that helps i learned this song from watching and copying this guy

really nice rendition! i used some of this video to figure out the song... I also figured out an easy way to incorporate the beginning 8open6open into the chords! Barre 3rd fret, 3rd finger5th fret, 4th finger6th slide back up to 5th fret. pick around that!! it also allows you to do the build up before the c maj.you dont have to move your hand and it allows for a really cool transition to the c maj, still using the pinky on the 6th slid back up to 5th!! try it! it sounds awesome

For the riff @ 1:20. Is he barring the B string with his index while doing the pinky hammer on the 6th fret? I think it goes: G string 3rd fret, hammer on B string 6th fret, bend G 5th fret. This riff is giving me problems for some reason, any help would be appreciated.

@3nRG yes, I think you're right, it's pretty tough though, to do it as clean as he does...

and in my opinion you have to barre all three (G-B-E) strings and downstroke them all before you hammer on B 6th!

its a good cover but you just played the song on you acoustic guitar without changing the charecter of the song to an acoustic one....if you dont understand what im trying to say just look at some of Igor Presnyakov song covers here on youtube and you will understand what an acoustic version should sound like....still not bad playing :)

It hasn't got the high notes that the proper chords have, and if this is how it's played by the man himself, maybe it's the strings? I don't know, but it sounds too flat and round to me.
