@TheEathos Tobi cannot be shisui, Shisui gave up his mangekyou to itachi, because he entrusted itachi to protect the village with it. Itachi also said he fell silently AKA Shisui killed himself. Thats how Itachi gained his mangekyou because to obtain it your closest friend has to die. Itachu and Shisui were best friends.

He is like danzou, trying to achieve a complete body and has no direct relation to the uchiha.

Tobi could've taken the sharingan from madara's corpse like he did with the rinnegan and nagato.

Both edo tensei nagato and itachi were able to use their powers even though their actual eyes were taken.

Due to his knowledge i think he has something to do with the sage of six paths.

This is stupid wrong again , Shisui lost both of his eyes people one taken from Itachi and given to be implanted into the Crow and other taken by Danzo who also implant it into his own eye . Before the tobi could retrieve the eye Danzo used his sealing mark , explode him self and made sure non sharigan would be taken . Etc wise it's not Shisui since his eyes was taken and hes Dead . He'd have to have been blind and transplanted an eye... it doesn't make much sense, although.... Madara could've helped (again, doubtful). Madara is Tobi, just live with it people. It's all an elaborate plot by Kishi in order to draw your thoughts in a different direction.

They took his body and buried him with his memorial in Konohagakure.

@mrsound22 Itachi stated the crows initial purpose was to put madara or sasuke in a genjutsu, to prevent them from attacking the leaf. Obviously Itachi is nowhere to be seen in the war, hasn't it ever occured to YOU that itachi isn't the main character so not every chapter has to be focused around him-there are other characters as well. Tobi was alive during the times of Minato, Shisui and Itachi where infants back then. Also both of shisui's sharingan have been destroyed or disabled.
