受信感度ってやっぱ地域によって違うのが痛いですよね。

住むとこが北関東なんで。

だから銅版にアクリル板を張り付けたやつとテレビアンテナ線を付­けてテレビアンテナ口に差し込んで感度をアップさせて使っていま­すｗ

某１００円ショップで材料費で７００円ぐらいでできました

It's quite simple, this product lets you view terrestrial broadcast television on your DS, however you'll only get locally broadcasts you can pick up on normal rabbit ears, and yes, learn some japanese :) especially if you follow your apologetic correspondences with arigatou.
