  • I,m thinking the line floatant / conditioner may build up in the micro grooves and defeat the performance.. any one know?

  • Fatntastic fly line if you want nice deep irritating cuts through your fingers, costs $100,000, drags water with it while stripping making it appear 2 weights heavier, sinks after a few outings, not to mention the excellent service provided by the company.

  • I didn't like it either. The noise was very annoying. It did cast well though. Unfortunately, the noise and price made it a no no, for me.

  • @cockbreath1 cockbreath sounds like you dont know how to fish or how to take care of a fly line. Yes sharkskin isnt for feminine hands, it will cut you. Ive been flying for so long i have calluses on my fingers from stripping. The sharkskin just makes my hands smoother! Get some finger guards. They have been around long before sharkskin. The cost is justified by the longevity of the line and its performance. Well worth the money.
