Our donations go to a special fund that is only used for animal rescues in the eight Western states. Our donations have been used for medical care, feed and transport for both wild and domestic animals. We are very serious about our donations going directly to the animals. Thank you for your concern, but we check out all of our charities and their use of our donations very thoroughly.

HSUS does not SUPPORT or is AFFFILIATED WITH local humane society shelters as their name may suggest. The true humane societies are struggling everyday to take care of these helpless animals. H$U$ could fund and run ALL humane societies in the US. It makes me sad how they spend the donations of unsuspecting donors. Only 4 cents of every dollar donated goes to hands-on caring of animals. Proof? Look at their public tax return posted on their site and do the math.
