This song was probably written way before they started using it as a soundcheck. And the guy only directed you to listen to a single part of the song - the 'prechorus'. Well, THAT pre-chorus' sound is in a lot of songs. And still, it's not a very good claim. Not even the lyrics and tone is the same.

Yeah it's similar to Amasic's but this video was uploaded on the 24th June 2010, therefore it was played prior to this date. Amasic's was uploaded on the 9th July 2010 ... So yeah ... I doubt Green Day stole it ... Amasic may have written it before the uploaded date it but how would Green Day know that ...

The original video never got taken down, she decided to delete it because word got back to the band that it had been uploaded on to YT and apparently they were a bit disappointed that it was leaked. Although I don't really get why they played this in Marlay Park at the soundcheck after he noticed us all standing there....obviously someone was going to record it (?)
