My small town high school didn't really have cliques. Basically everyone did multiple clubs and sports, so it wasn't separated into cliques. Like in my school we had people who played sports who were also in drama club. We didn't hang out with what ever club or sport we were in, we just had groups of friends and some like mine had different interests and did other activities than each other. Yeah we gossip about each other but nothing like what you see on tv. We actually got along.

I've been to both public and private school in the USA, and I am sick and tired of all the cliques, rumors, gossip, and bullying that goes on. Google "MTV If you really knew me" and click on the third link about Challenge Day. That show is so inspiring, and it talks about everything that goes on in high schools. Every high schooler should experience it.
