  • The palms up curl emphasizes the biceps, the hammer grip emphasizes the brachioradialis of the forearm. Not a question of "better", both are valid depending on what you're trying to do.

  • One video I saw recommended Standing Dumbbell Hammer Curls and this one recommends Incline Dumbbell Curls. Are both good? Is one better than another? Or do you recommend an Incline Dumbbell Curl with Hammer Grip?

  • Yep found the direction of elbow flexion issue myself on various machines. medx biceps curl was very useful to counter this
