  • Did they die?

  • sick....anyone looking for some sponsorship hit me up Instant Classic Skateboarding dropping soon and we have a few spots left on the team. ICS is a lifestyle/skateboarding brand based out of the Bay Area, Ca. Also check out or small smaple of our up and coming skatevideo.

  • i played a soccer tournament here once. this place is really far from where i live but i wanna go back so i can skate it with my old school board.

  • hella old. cuz theres no tags there. go to it now. you cant even see the concrete for all the tags

  • the 1st time i've ever seen anybody take the time to tag King Diamond anywhere.

  • yay left hip!!!

  • Nice footy!

  • miss this park hella bad, got a good 6 or so years (from 1997-2003) learning how to carve, cruise and flow on these bowls, not a day goes by where i dont wanna skate it once more, beit a simple few roll-ins with no street, it was a fun ride each and everyday. luckily before i moved i was able to b/s grind the island a couple times, my all time goal their. hopefully one day i will make it back again.

guys like those two make greer what it is.memorable.

    Rip tim and Phil

  • wow that was sick! r.i.p.

  • Yup, that's Tim Dog all right!!

That was a sick day, as they all were back then with crews coming down from SF (Coco, Stranger, etc.) as well as all the SJ heads...

  • this is insane.... classic ass shit.... my boy next to me is rocking a "never forget" shirt...RIp is peace Shao &n Brauch

  • RIP

  • Hey what up? Isn't that Tim McKinney?! in the blue shirt doing some of those bone outs? Give the credit where it is due! In the titles and meta tags at least!

  • @TrashCanSchool yup, that was San mATEO Legend Tim MicKinney (I'm not talking about Tim Brauch but he was an SJ ruler) riding in the light blue shirt. kid was probably about 16. Rode for Go Skate San Mate when Jason Crouch became the owner. RIP TIM B and PHIL though..I was at Phil Shaos funeral, screw that drunk bitch in Seattle that crashed the car with him, my friend Eli was his girl friend at the time, a half white and thai girl.

  • what a treat. thanks for this and all of your other videos Jacob.

  • id tear dat shit up

  • how old is this? cause of the big boards...

    good post

  • 1990 I think.

  • @munguse2 It's Really old, you see how you can see concrete? It's been entirely Tagged over by Graffiti artist at least 10 times over the past 15 years. If you go there now, even 10 years ago, you would be skating on slippery paint.

  • awesome grabage, some good camera work as well there.

  • This is the best park and the two best skaters ever there.

  • how did tim die?

  • Tim basically died of a heart attack ( due to some sort of congenital defect ).

RIP Brauch & Shao. You were both such amazing skaters.

  • Wow this must have been a long time ago. Theres barely any graffiti. If you go there now its just all paint, paint, paint.

  • good old greer

  • RIP

  • R.I.P.

i remember watching one of the first skate videos i ever owned, santa cruz's ammo II, and the introduction to the video was a tim brauch tribute...even back then, being so young i remember it still being so upsetting that he passed at such a young age. super consistent and that great mid 90's style.

    thanks for the post.
