I don't understand exactly what you mean, but I didn't do anything special in this vid, you can do everything I did with any weapon/armor/stats that you may have.

is this off-quest only available up to a certain level? I've gone through the entire factory and whenever I talk to the mechanical foreman, i don't get the follow-up dialogue. all he says is "What is it now sir?" any feedback would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Chinese stealth armor and jingeius shocksword is a great combo especially against raiders cos if u use ap then u normally kill them in 1 hit, and they disintergrate!!!!

It's the Chinese Stealth Armor and Jingwei's Shock Sword, very cool items, both are aquired in the "Operation Anchorage" DLC.

@ToXicL0gic I'm kinda a ninja player now. Where do you find that armor? I have all the DLC but I'm only on "Shock Value" now.

Shock Value is a Broken Steel DLC quest, if I'm not mistaken, and this armor and the sword is found at the end of the Operation Anchorage DLC, after you complete the simulation you will be able to enter a vault containing all kinds of goodies, including this armor and sword.

@ToXicL0gic Ahh I thought it was Broken Steel. Alright man, thanks. I use the Shishkebob as my main melee weapon when I sneak. Pretty effective. Can take Raider's out in one hit.

you can just unlock the door on the left, u dont need 100 lock pick

@DrLongboard I never noticed the switch on the wall there, thank you for pointing that out, it saves you from having to go all the way back through the factory.
