Actually, a real Hi Ougi was actually made from the ' Tales of ' series, one animator decided to make a hi ougi on a maplestory char then other animators followed, but the thing is most animators overpowered the hi ougi by using multiple skills, which soon became spread out, (Hi Ougi means Mystic Arte, not mystic artes.)

I got some Critiszm lol: First Its really cool only its only skills you used to much skills and just kicked him away punch him a bit then do a other skill not skill then again skill then again skill. The video is really hard to see its like every second almost moving so it can hurt your eyes. And much of the things you did already said.
