the only reason why they make so many side stories, is cause the actual time line itself has too much negative space in the timeline. the games serve as fillers, to explain some questions that most people have had.

Re:CoM has 3 marluxia sound tracks, and 3 fights, also on Riku's story youll fight Zexion, in GBA it has 2 marluxia sound tracks, and Zexion is cutscene only, though you can find his card

@ZealSeraph Well look at it like this. Making Kingdom Hearts games takes a huge amount of time on its own. Their making side stories probly to jus transition without overlooking parts of the story that would make sense. Like the case with Roxas and Axel. Alotta people probly asked 'y does Axel care for Roxas and y would he miss him if he disappeared?' 358/2 days explains that

@isamuokashii I'm not complaining about the side stories per se. However I'm not a fan of the fact that they release these games for completely random consoles, like 358/2 days was for DS, but Birth by Sleep was for PSP . So in other words you have to buy all the consoles to make any sense of their stories.

And still the main point of my comment was that instead of remaking 358/2 days, which was already fine, they should just use the time and effort (and money) into making KH3.

@ZealSeraph Well, have you also considered the fact that he owns two phenomenal games? The FF line and the KH line. He can't appease everyone. Before he even promised KH3, he promised everyone FF XIII Versus back since 2007. Tetsuya Nomura's gotta keep his promises. He said that he would finish KH3 when he's done with FF XIII Versus. Be patient. ^^ We'll know about KH3 before you know it. He'll probably leak out trailers.

I just don't like it how they release all these side story-games, all for different handheld consoles All these side plots will just make the whole thing more confusing, unless one buys both DS and PSP and plays both 358/2 days and Birth by Sleep. I just hope KH3 won't expect any knowledge of them, like KH2 kinda did with Chain of Memories, which I hadn't even heard of until months and months later.

Haven't you wondered how this whole entire key war started? I admit, the Final Mixes and such may not be necessary, but they piece the plot together. Kinda like Star Wars did. And that's true. But it's really all about money. And I believe that KH3 will, since there's rumors going around that they will be getting armor? lol

@harlyops As said, I don't have anything against BbS or 358/2 days per se, I just think it's unfair to the fans of the franchise to be expected to buy both the handheld consoles to play all the games, and more importantly to fully understand the story and everything that's going on.

And I still don't see why 358/2 days would need a remake. Seems like a complete waste of money, time and effort for Square-Enix.

@Rohaniswatto not really. sony spends too much time on graphics, and the hardware without really beefing up the software. even final fantasy has moved to the xbox 360. from my view point, the only reason why ps3 has games, is because of the 360 ports.

If I remember correctly, it was either Nomura or the head of sony that said that the games that have been released so far haven't even come close to pushing the PS3s limit. And to the best of my knowledge, the new games like FFv13 will be on the PS3. The only reason I think that FF has somewhat moved to the X-Box is that they are either trying to expand their sales, or just giving into the pressure of X-Box players to make a port for it.

This fight (GBA) was so long. I didn't really find it too hard, though. It's easy to figure out what to do, but what this fight lacks in challenge, it makes up for in time. Pretty epic song, too.

@MasterBelmont the main thing is that the sleight deck that I so lovingly set up for th e long haul becomes worthless in this fight. you have a short time frame to attack marluxia and you mostly have to stick to plain attacks.
