@iampsalmbody , I'm still in awe. I thought we had lost that good music that I grew up listening to. She is definitely gifted and I knew that good music would start coming back. These artist don't get the air play they deserve but just like a tsunami can't be stopped these stars can't be kept in the darkness. Oh! She reminds me of Joni Mitchell too. She's got that easiness within her music.

@nubonyx P(e)ace! Joni's in there. Ani's phrasing on her calm days is in there. Armatrading's frankness...Yes yes ~ there's legendary stuff brewing! Wish I'd known of her sooner, but it's never too late. I'm proud of and elated for sistars like her, Esperanza, Asa and those still clouded for a spell (although I wouldn't associate them with the destructive force of a tsunami, even in the form of Res' boom chune). @iampsalmbody , good lookin' out fam. What about the Ahn Trio? Sade started something my friend.All of this talent, I mean serious talent coming from the UK. Corrine Bailey Rae, Joss Stone, Estelle, The Lyricist and Marcia Ambrosious who were once Floetry and I hope there is more to come. Floetry settled down in Philly where I live, but I think Marcia pulled up. I'm exited because I knew that good music would make its way back. I'm sorry that my baby is gone (Whitney) tho. That hurt.

@iampsalmbody , sorry about that fam. I didn't check my e-mail. I did hit this Lianne up on facebook and she liked my comment. What happened with Whitney threw me off for a minute. Watched her home going celebration yesterday and it brought a brother to tears. That was a rough one to get through and I'm really perplexed when it comes to her cause of death. I worked as a medical examiner's tech. a while back so there were many things that ran through my mind.

@iampsalmbody , you seem like cool people fam. You remind me of a brother I would converse with on Black Planet a few years back. Your writing style is similar to his and that was one knowledgeable brother. We need to do more of that and that is why I stress to everyone that we need to keep the internet free and clear. You can upload and download right from your mobile phone to the net. I love it. LOL That is why I know that the truth will soon be revealed concerning 9/11/01.
