Bruins fan here. Luongo is the ONLY reason we didn't win in 5 games. Two shutouts in the finals and his team in front of him wasnt the same team that dominated the regular season. Sure, we were not the better team but with injuries on their side and Thomas giving the best playoff performance by a goaltender in the history of the nhl we were able to win it.

TO ALL THE PEOPLE HATING ON LUONGO: nothing is ever one man's fault. live like a team, die like a team. if luo gets scored on then it is his fault for letting it in BUT it is also the D's fault for letting the enemy near the net AND it is the offense's fault for not scoring more goals. So luongo does not suck, the team itself does not suck, they either got outplayed or did not play like themselves, plain and simple. And just like IronicSquirrel is saying, when you make the NHL then talk.

Bruins fan here. Luongo is the ONLY reason we didn't win in 5 games. Two shutouts in the finals and his team in front of him wasnt the same team that dominated the regular season. Sure, we were not the better team but with injuries on their side and Thomas giving the best playoff performance by a goaltender in the history of the nhl we were able to win it.

A true hockey fan, no matter how much they hate another team, doesn't go around laughing at another player who is very serious about his own performance. Loungo is an OUTSTANDING goalie. Luongo has achieved so much by just making the big leagues, and he has gone so much farther.
