this is a great video because it displays how Moses didnt give in to the pressures of the Hebrews' doubt and the fear of being caught by Pharaoh. Instead, he looked straight to God, and that allowed Him to work through him. Its Moses' faithfulness that got him and everyone through. Water is a unique natural substance that can be found in all three states: liquid, solid (ice) and gas (steam). Now Water is the same as God's Trinity. Trinity in God having the same property but different forms. God (Liquid), Jesus (Solid) and Holy Spirit (Gas).

this is a great video because it displays how Moses didnt give in to the pressures of the Hebrews' doubt and the fear of being caught by Pharaoh. Instead, he looked straight to God, and that allowed Him to work through him. Its Moses' faithfulness that got him and everyone through. No matter what the world tells you, don't ever doubt how powerful God is, and NEVER give in to the pressures of this world. God Bless!! :D

I did not like the video because the Red Sea did not opened because of vulcanic eruptions under the water but through the power of God who sent a strong oriental wind that blew all night and divided the waters allowing the israelites to cross in open dry land. (see Exodus 14.21)

This knowledge has been around for a long time, since the late 1960's. You only have to look up The exodus and you'll find a lot of references, both for and against. If you really want to know, which I doubt, you'll examine carefully both sides with an open mind.

Some interesting reading: "Near Eastern Archaeology: A Publication of the American Schools of Oriental Research" Vol 70 Num 1 2007, you'll find Alex Joffe's (Hebrew University of Jerusalem) treatise on the insufficiency of BOTH Faust and Finkelstein. Within that article you will find, and I will here quote, that, "In the past, Finkelstein has allowed archaeological findings to dictate his agenda."

Modern science is discounting a lot of what has traditionally been held concerning the scientific stance, not just concerning the biblical account of the flood, but creation as a whole, so that more and more scientists today are seeing that it is impossible to remain a non-believer in God and a scientist at the same time. There's NO chance, scientifically speaking, that the universe came to be by chance. Do your research.

As for the Flood, there is ample evidence of an Ark on Ararat, and scans from outer space have detected gopher wood where none should be.
Want truth? Check out "In search of Noah's Ark". There is enough strong evidence to substantiate the story.

Just as dna is all about information concerning genetic make up, info exists in the universe as well showing us it's been fine tuned to a degree where if it were off even slightly, life wouldn't be possible. There are basically NO odds of our earth coming about by chance. It would take, mathematical physicists have figured out, millions and millions of universes in hopes that ONE of them would produce ONE earth like ours.

John 1:1 was always a problem, so they had to see how they could change it. Brother, look at the original greek. And even so, god, a god?? there's only ONE GOD.. there's no, great God, and a lesser God. God, by the very definition of the title, means that above which, or greater than, nothing else can exist. Jn 1:1 in the original greek!

@clevelandshero23 Actually, the Greek in John 1 states, literally, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with (the) God, and the Word was God." The fact that is has no definite article in such a construction does not mean that it should be translated as "a god". Due to the previous usage of definite article with the word Theos (God) it MUCH more likely means that the Word was in essence God. Any other translation downplays the subtlety of Greek language to a high degree.

@tgambill Luther was rash. He tried to change doctrine rather than the morality of the Church. Jesus said, 'Do what they tell you (doctrine), just don't do what they do (morality).' Luther tried to reform the doctrines of the Church long held and evidenced in scripture. If it was a matter of the abuses concerning those doctrines, he was right to speak out, but doctrine established by Christ he should have never touched. God be our judge.

The Latin Vulgate is a fraud based on Origen in Alexandria, to Eusebius who took Origen's corrupted version and back to Constantine the first Summus Pontifex or pope. Not Peter. Everything the Father, Son and Holy Spirit do is a united action. 'I do only what I see my Father doing... he works and I work. I and the Father are One.' The same God that parted the seas for Moses is the same God that calmed the seas for the apostles. Matthew 8:27--"The men marveled, saying, "Who is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?"

@mazinm2006 No, not at all. There is ONE God, in THREE Persons (the Trinity). Jesus was with the Father from all Eternity. You and I are sons of men. Jesus being the God's Son, has to be divine as well. Now God alone can be eternal, preexisting, and capable of doing the things Jesus himself did. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, are ONE GOD.

@mazinm2006 I think I can explain Trinity (I'm not Christian). Think of Water as its all around us—in the sky, on the ground, in the air—continually changing form. Water is a unique natural substance that can be found in all three states: liquid, solid (ice) and gas (steam). Now Water is the same as God's Trinity. Trinity in God having the same property but different forms. God (Liquid), Jesus (Solid) and Holy Spirit (Gas).

@ivanUtube Moses wrote the origional books of the old testament, Job wrote the book of job, Daniel wrote the book of daniel, ezekiel wrote the book of ezekiel, Matthew wrote the gospel of matthew, mark wrote the gospel of mark, luke wrote the gospel of luke, and John wrote the gospel of John. Acts was written by peter. 2/3 of the new testament was written by paul. Most of the bible are collected writings of experiences in peoples lives, and letters to the early church.
