Im from Houston i love foster but AP is sick nasty and then some. He would put 60 lb dumbbells in each hand and jump on the tallest box his high school had to offer during his SENIOR year in high school (the boxes that get taller + taller). When I heard that I never doubted he would be a stud despite his college injuries. I was at the Cardinal gm; I believe McNabb has a wrist injury effecting his accuracy but if our D played as well as they did Sunday we'd be 5-0. I think we can go on a nice run if they start throwing flare passes to AD & deep seam routs to Harvin from the slot. We beat the Bears & upset the Packers!

Hopefully AD will have another great game and keep Cam off the field. I hope our OC helps Ponder by giving him RB in the flats to dump the ball to in case he can't read the D quickly; if he had that last week maybe he doesn't throw those int's. We should play action AD then deep to Harvin from the slot on the first play. Ponder to Harvin all day.

Speed equals power and even if a big guy ran over one guy his momentum would slow and he just be a target for the next four or five heat seeking missiles coming his way. Adrian Peterson is one of the strongest most well conditioned RB in NFL history; add elusiveness, freakish quickness and blazing speed equals a lethal weapon on the field because u don't know whether he'll truck you or shake u.
