His playing technique and rythm is incomparable, brilliant, etc.; but it's the sound coming from that particular N4 instrument that sets him apart from all others. I hope the original N4 is someday enshrined in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame even if Extreme is never inducted,

I was 21 when this was recorded ...my only guitar is a late '92 Davies-made N4 so when he started describing what makes for a good guitar, I was floored...still to this day I've never played a better guitar than the alder N4 I bought for a grand back then..Thanks BigTime for posting this clinic...
