If you're not a big dog owner / lover, this is play time. They LOVE to "rough-hose" play. To play like tis with a big dog you have to teach them limits as they can get so into playing they can byte too hard. Understand that the dog does NOT want to hurt you he just wants to play, but doesn't always understand it's own strength. This is one of the ways a dog shows affection to they're owners.

Indeed, this is a very stupid way of playing with a dog.. Dogs have sharp teeth and human skin is fragile and accident happens so easily even if the dog didn't mean any harm at all and was only playing.

This is bonding and it's likely the dog won't do this kind of play with anyone it doesn't know. It's a tremendous amount for both the dog and the owner. Your concerns are actually kind of naively silly.

That is a TERRIBLE way to play with a big dog. You're teaching her that mouthing people is an OK way to play. Not good when you're nieces and nephews come over.
