Finally managed this after just 1,5 hours. 1) If the chocobo is at an extreme angle and you keep pushing the analog stick, the chocobo will start zigzagging. 2) Pray for good random balloons, so that you can run diagonally from balloon to balloon. 3) The play area isn't as big as it seems, learn the borders

I broke the code! here's what I did so future players can find out too how to pass this without tearing out your hair

1. get a normal record of under 40 seconds I recommend 36 seconds just to be safe

2. get at least 11-15 balloons as said in the description (I got 12)

and 3 as also stated in the description get hit no less than 0-3 times

do this and you'll be fine and don't forget to shout you earned it

I just did it!! This marks the very first FF10 playthrough, where I got my very own Sun Sigil!

My only advice to those of you still trying is to use the D-pad versus the joystick, and literally "tap" left or right depending on the precise locations of the balloons and hopefully dodge the birds the best you can while you do so. I felt a lot of it has to do with luck though, considering who the birds target and how many, and the random balloon placement every round. I'd say it's more patience.

Those birds should be called "burds". Watch out for the burds, the ultimate burden. They're no joke. They sometimes just follow a straight line but sometimes they WANT to fucking hit you! They come from hell to slaughter your success. Those guys are like heat seeking missiles. They could rip a tank apart. Jesus Christ!

Ugh, this shit's annoying. I don't know if anybody else has this problem but I just can't line up my character right. Because of the view a quarter of the time I can't even tell if I'm going to get the balloon or not when I turn - and I usually don't. And the invisible walls are pure murder.

If you could change your view to be right behind your dude, and they had an actual fence instead of an invisible wall, I could totally do it with a little luck. Otherwise, I need MASSIVE LUCK. THOSE WALLS!

First time playing X and I got it on the 10th time or so. Its not too hard when you realize you don't have to push up on the joystick or D pad (which is what I used). Just side to side when you are grabbing balloons, then for the birds just go to the side until the whole flock flies past.

Well, about the 200 dodges. It's really easy. There is a particular spot where lightning strikes many times... And every time you go there, it really strikes there. It is located in the left side of the division of Rin travel and the normal field in the North. So, it would only take you for about 15 mins to complete 200 or more
