Deck of Rivet City is also a very easy way to find the Motorcycle Tank and Handbrake. They are lying next to a rusty broken motorcycle by the "baseball field". just go all the way upstairs to the top.

For the rock-it launcher go to crater side supply. (SAVE) kill Moira brown & guard. steal schematics and stuff to make make and boom! you have it! get your achievement and revert to before you killed her. (must be last weapon on your list to work!!)

2. tesla cannon

3. tie between rock-it launcher and the mezmetron

1. Hunting Rifle/Lincoln Repeater. Best for mid-range killing, very accurate, high damage.

2. Plasma Rifle. Good against armored opponents like Mirelurks and Enclave Soldiers.

3. Xuanlong Assault Rifle + Dart Gun. Good against fast foes and melee enemies. Dart gun to slow them and gun to kill them

Good guns don't have to be unique or rare... Tesla cannon sucks balls, mezmetron literally does nothing against groups, and alien blaster isn't easy to keep ammo for.

@cameronw3 The trophy/achievement requires you to CREATE every custom weapon, and in order to do that, you need to find the schematics of each one. So you need to find each pice of paper, then find the ingredients of each, then create them at a work bench.

The schematic for the rock-it launcher can be found in vault 101 during the quest Trouble on the Homefront. It's in an average safe. Fathers clinic I believe.

Nice one ben and earl, but also if you have not jet got a house or ruined your chance you can use one of the nuka-cola machines by the supermarket, just put your stuff in there, no one can steal it, and since there is only one obvious supermarket so it is really easy to remember.

For the Nuka Cola Grenade schematic outside megaton caravans come keep kilin them and one should have a schematic for it on them hope it helped and you wont get shot at my peopel in mengaton so works out good :D

@s1i9kn0t his name is Fawke's after infiltrating a radiated vault (i forget which one) in the main story line you find him locked in a room underground and you can persuade him to retrieve the G.E.C.K. for you then you will leave and be taken to Raven Rock (Enclave HQ) where you will confront President Eden and upon leaving the base Fawkes is outside but you must have good karma for him to follow you

If you get the Broken Steel addon then there is a perk that allows you to make all custom weps with no schematics and also towards the end of the levels with the addon there is a room you have to go through in the story that has one of every item you need for this achievement. So you can make things wayy easy with Broken Steel and just waiting.

Theres a way on getting the Rock-It Launcher Schematic for free (without killing or stealing involved). When your back in Vault 101 (quest "Trouble on the Homefront") go to your dad's old office (where Betrice lays dead) and lock pick the "framed quote" on the left of the x-ray screen (lockpicking skill level 50 required). Inside is 300 bottlecaps, a "Home, Sweet Home" holotape, and the Rock-It Launcher Schematic. Hope this helped ^,..,^

the easiest way I found to do this is pick up everything at least twice along your travels and completing quests. If you have a house in megaton or anywhere else, when you get overburdened fast travel back and put all your stuff in a locker or something. After picking up the majority of things you find, by the time you have found your schematics you should have the majority of parts you need for everything. Hope this helps.

Meh, Well, Some stuff has alot of weight to it.

My recommendation is to get the Warmonger perk, if you have Broken Steel, You dont have to do the annoying quest for the person in Girdershade and waste 30 Quantums.

Also get the Quantum Chemist perk because nuka-colas are sometimes restocked at venders.

yeah, fast travel to warringting STATION, then head south. You'll come to a a house, head inside, and there is a merchant. There is almost every single weapon item you need, although you must steal them. There are 3 steam gouge asemblies, crutchs, lunchboxs, toy cars, etc. Also, the VAPL58 power station has a work bench, and also has a few crutches, motorcycle brake/tank.
