Thorpe has of course suffered from Parkinson's disease for many years. But then was then and now is now. Look at the numbers of openly gay members of the Blair / Brown Government. many of us here in North devon are very proud of Jeremy and appreciate all the hard work he did for our area. He always was a true gentleman with energy and committment not always evident these days.His private life has no bearing on his integrity as an excellent MP for us. Having met him once i found him to be an utterly charming man.
