As the facts come out Joe will be vindicated. He did exactly what he should have done. The question is, the people above him who he gave this information to - what did they do with it?
ALL OF YOU willl pay for your sins FOR SUPPORTING AND BUYING AND distributing Michael"THE KING OF PEDOPHILES" Jacksons music...you are all hypocrites...whats the difference between JOPA AND Michael"THE KING OF PEDOPHILES" Jackson....JOPA ISN'T A PEDOPHILE LIKE your boy and scumbag THE KING OF PEDOPHILES Michael Jackson...and the PRINCE OF pedophiles R.KELLY...YOU ARE SICK PEOPLE you listen to PEDO MUSIC lmfao!!
Does this still count after he hid a pedophile??? Take him out he is a bum!!!!! Kids lives are ruined because he didnt report the fact his defensive coordinator was sexually abusing young boys..everything associated with him on campus should be taken down!!!! bum
I've had my say. That bastard was fired, rightly so, and I believe that the victims will have their justice, if not in a criminal court, then certainly in a civil court.
I feel sad for them and their suffering, but I hope that if something good can come out of this, is that people realize that there is more to life than football programs and legacies, that moral responsibility extends beyond legal requirements, and that protecting the most vulnerable in our society is what counts.
I believe he knew his career was in jeopardy either way after this. He just would have to live with the results. So after all this, he took more of a perspective on looking at how great the years were, and not how "good" or even "hard" the upcoming years would become. He was honestly just stuck between a rock and a hard place. So he took the option that would give him ten more years. But something about me just said he did really hope administration would pursue this. LOVE YOU JOE-PA<3
@dclid69 Hope in one hand, take a crap in the other, and see which one fills up first.
Joe and the rest of the gang didn't do enough. Because of their inaction, that predator Sandusky got to walk the streets for almost an entire decade after the facts. Stuck between a rock and a hard place my ass. Any man of real integrity would know instantly what the course of action should have been: to call 911 when the superiors didn't do a thing.
I can agree with most here. However, if he would've pursued more action (after the administration did nothing) he would get the hard end of the bone from them sooner than he actually did. He should've pursued it but that would've put his coaching career in more jeopardy. He just watched everyone sweep it under the covers. He did his job telling the higher power. But it's their responsibility to take action. He didnt pursue with it cuz at the end of the day he has to answer to the administration.
@dclid69 At the end of the day he has to answer to a higher authority, and by higher authority I mean God up above. He and the rest of the scumbags failed in their Christian duty to protect those kids. He'll be held accountable for his actions, if not in this life then certainly in whatever comes next.
@ktherock7 hell yeah I agree, the white man is being exposed daily...most are closet child molestors anyway!!! The truth is finally out, too bad the disgusting animal cracker had to ruin these kid's lives.
as of 11-9-2011 it is now being reported....you ready for this...that jerry sandusky was pimping out young boys between the ages of 10-14 to wealthy donors to his beneficial society. this is getting more gruesome by the hour.
Paterno is not a pedophile. Shut the hell up. It disgusts me to see such comments. Joe paterno is not just a Coach, he is a LEGENDARY Individual that means so much to the people of Pennsylvania and elsewhere throughout College Football. I've looked up to him as a child, and I'm proud to say that I lived in the days when Joe paterno was the head coach of PSU.
Seriously, do you not get the monstrous implications of his actions in this terrible case? He knew about the child abuse since '02. He passed the info to his superiors, but when they didn't do shit about it, he KEPT QUIET. I don't give a fuck who you are...any reasonable human being has a moral obligation to report pedophilia to the proper authorities (the cops), ESPECIALLY if the higher-ups let it slide.
@ktherock7 Get off his dick? Get the hell off mine Sir. You're an idiot. He told other coaches and the campus police what HE HEARD. He NEVER SAW IT HAPPEN! Therefore, how the hell is it is fault? If i was sexually assulted, I'm pretty sure i'd tell the cops, my parents, etc. and have something done about it regardless of how it would hurt my public appearance. You act like JOE PATERNO is the mastermind behind this bullshit. You watch too much TV; The media brought down Joe Paterno. Get at me.
@xsacrificex0 Do you not know how to read? Are you that feeble minded? He is to blame because he didn't do shit after his bosses kept quiet. He basically turned away and acted like it didn't happen for almost an entire decade. I am not acting like he is the mastermind. I am outraged at the part he played, along with the other douchebags. And yes, you need to get off his dick, because your retarded ass apparently can't even understand the extent of his guilt.
1. You continue to defend that pedo enabler JoePa, so I don't believe it.
2. Refer to 1.
3. Given your posts so far, I highly fucking doubt it.
4. You call it love and devotion, but the kind you are showing is more like the kind you get when you join a cult, and not a wholesome family.
3. And that matters because? This whole thing is about PedoPa and his circle of pedo enablers. It doesn't have a thing to do with anyone in Penn U that wasn't involved.
@ktherock7 He TOLD his bosses what HE HEARD. Do you think it's Joe paterno's fault because his "bosses" didn't do anything else to help the victims? No, it is the administrations fault. Joe Paterno SAID what he knew to the HIGHER UP'S. He is an 84 year old man, What else do you "plan to expect? HE did the right thing and then it was over with in his mind...it was the administrations job to confront those allegations. Therefore, he is not at fault. You sir, are an idiotic moronic "retarded ass"<3
@xsacrificex0 Your excuses are getting more pathetic. Are you seriously going to say that it was all the administration's fault? Jesus ever-loving Christ...you are just as morally bankrupt as that sack of shit you are so vehemently defending.
He did the thing that would cover him legally, but not the one that would go along with the honor and integrity that he touted so much in public. I seriously can't believe you're going with that whole "it was all the administration's fault" rap.
Arturo Montenora attends Joe Paterno hall of fame banquet claims, it was the greatest speech i have ever heard Joe pa is a class act i love Penn state and and Joe Paterno. (AP)
I don't care what conference, what school, nor what era you come from... you can't not like this guy. he's all about the kids well being, and their education. Football has always been second to him. He just happens to be a football head coach so everyone associates college football to JoePa. PSU has libraries named after him, not stadiums.... yet! :-)
I hope someone tells JoePa that Witch Ann Cappelletti put the curse of licorice root on him in 1970 when he sat ate the curse of licorice root at Witch Ann's dining table. Ann & Barbara Bush are the witch daughters of Aleister Crowley, both born 1925. Ann is powerless as of 2007, but the curse she put on JoePa still exists. FYI, when someone puts a curse on you, you are going to hell if you don't get help to get rid of it.
I hope Joe gets help. Witch Ann is truly an evil person.
I hope that someone will tell Joe Paterno that Witches Ann, John & Joyce Cappelletti put curses on him to make him bend to their desires, ie get John into Penn State w 800 on his college boards. Ann put the hoodoo curse of licorice root on Joe when he went to the Cappelletti dinner table in 1970 to recruit John for PSU. Ann cooked up hoodoo curse licorice root in a special dish she made for Joe. Witch Ann is the 1/2 sister of Barbara Bush, daughters of Aleister Crowley. Pauline Pierce was OTO.

Anyone that still supports Joe Paterno needs to read the GRAND JURY REPORT!
1998 Sandusky accused of child rape.
1999 Paterno forces Sandusky to retire.
2002 McQueary sees Sandusky RAPING A 10 YEAR OLD BOY in Penn State's Showers!
2007 A victim states he was brought to Paterno's CLOSED PRACTICE by Sandusky.
Paterno knew and did NOTHING.
Paterno and McQueary saw Sandusky bringing new victims to their practices from 2003 to 2011 and did NOTHING.
Joe Paterno is SELFISH and IMMORAL.
