Right... Cuz drinking is healthier than tanning. Even though UV causes your body to produce Vitamin D and Vitamin is KNOWN to reduce the risk of ALL CANCERS by 50 - 60%. Oh and I bet Ms. Roberts failed to mention that tanning is a NATURAL process that your body has evolved to take advantage of and that without UV life on Earth would cease to exist as not plants could grow and our Earth would be a dead rock shrouded in darkness.
Yes please, do forget all the benefits Ms. Roberts. Idiot.
@nasilu A pale skinned person only needs 10-20 minutes of sun exposure to produce MORE THAN enough Vitamin D to be healthy.
Tanning every now and again isn't harmful. Sun beds however, are not natural. The rate of skin cancer has increased ever since they were introduced. Coincidence? I think not.
There is nothing wrong with being pale anyway. Ms. Roberts is hardly an idiot just because she is pointing out that actually, as a caucasian person, being pale is perfectly normal and acceptable.
@nasilu It depends on what your skin type is. Are you genetic pale then you should avoid the sun as much as possible. If not for the cancer's sake, then for the danger of getting rosacea. If you have a genetic dark skin complexion, then your skin is hardend so it is better protected from the UV that will damage the skin. Either way, always wear SPF. It reduces the enhanced aging of the skin thanks to the UV, and the risk of skin cancer. You will thank yourself for that when you're older.
Oh soddit....hit her with the bottle!! ha ha!! thats After, you,ve drunk it ofcourse LOL X
