Gymnastics is pretty easy, after you do it for a while at least. ive been doing it for 8 years, and im not being rude, and im not assuming, i just wanted to let you girls know, that if you dont form right, or you land wrong, then you could seriously injure yourself. so if you were dizzy i would suggest you not doing it. Also, make sure not to bend those elbows!!

Ryen put the title and we don't think gymnastics is hard. We didnt stretch because we didn't feel like it. I don't know why ryen put that but there was nothing else to put the title as

if u can do a roundoff you can do a runing one and gymnastics is easy and i know becuz i do it and sometimes its hard but mostly easy
