I was fortunate enough to attend a seminar of Nagazato Sensei in the mid-late 90s (with about half a dozen other 8th and 9th dan Okinawan karateka). It was amazing, and i feel so honored to have been able to train with him.

He doesn't have Parkinson's. Parkinson's patients' hands tremble when relaxed, his tremble when focused. I guess his hands tremble because the muscles in his arms are too weak (after all, he is pretty old) to stop all the kinetic energy which he develops from the feet-legs-center.

There are many commenting lightly and disrespectfully about Karate-Do Senseis and Masters from other Martial Arts. Surely they don't practice any serious ART. MAYBE they can fight, animals do too,or "play", but they lack the ART. I started Okinawa Shorinryu Karate-Do in 1969 under Shoei Miyazato Sensei in Cordoba Argentina. Miyazato Sensei studied under Katsuya Miyahira Sensei, a student of Chosin Chibana Sensei, the teacher of Nakazato Sensei.
