Not entirely sure what went wrong with the Nelo fight, but then again I had no idea what you were aiming to do. I did notice that the second inferno didn't land properly, sometimes your combos were broken when he parried and you were knocked too far back, etc. But hey, you did it in good time and you weren't hit. Looked fine to me!

your fight against Nelo was awesome, I belive in you about what you said you can do it better but you did a lot better than my most times against him. somtimes i dont get hit by him, but Im that much good as you using itfrit blocking his actions pretty easy as you did. not always works with me. lol

how did vergil become nelo angelo? and how come we cant watch the fight scene with vergil and mundus in DMC3 :[

We don't know any more than what the bonus scene at the end of DMC3 and DMC1 shows us, ie, almost nothing.

Vergil fought Mundus. The assumption is that he lost and was enslaved or brainwashed by Mundus. The fact he doesn't recognise Dante in DMC1 and reacts so badly to Dante's amulet supports the brainwashing hypothesis.

It's hard sometimes to relax when recording (it's bad enough when you're not recording, but an SB is still at stake). I never do as well against Nelo in SB runs as I do in practice, because I always end up playing it safe - 'course, I get hit a lot more in practice, but I have more great moments which make up for it.

i know what u mean with the Nelo fight, i've done the same mission today, I was getting a awesome fight, really awesome.. but then he killed me.. was life was red, i wasnt get hit, but then he used the 4 combo hit and then the kick-13 and the stupit jump atack.. man he drained my full bars with that.. shit

But dude, I was rubbish my first few times through the game - I mean, probably worse than you are :p ... So don't feel bad about not being able to copy what I'm doing, because most of it I got gradually better at, over a long period of time.

It's really hard to say :-/ ... I've had the game since 2003 now and have been playing it on and off over the last 4 years :p ... Firstly, I did Normal, Hard and DMD modes. Then I did Normal, Hard and DMD S-Rank games. Then I moved onto SB games. (I owe my SB games to a player called PV, tbh). I sort of didn't play DMC1 very much for 2 years, then went back to it a few months ago :p

im trying to do the same as you but in normal mode . but its my 2 time i played and its very hard you play like a pro so im just asking how much time or days or month :P to do wath you are doing

Thanks, COA :p ... I'm really wishing now that I had kept my earlier run, instead of deleting it in a fit of disgust :-/ ... If I'd uploaded the Nelo 2 portion of that run, you'd have probably seen what I mean. I got some really good RB deflections in that fight, which are missing in this one - overall, it was just a calmer, better quality fight, but I got hit right at the end of it. *bangs head*. Anyway, glad you're enjoying my DMD challenge all the same, though :p

You deserve an medal if you could beat Nelo 2 even more effectively - I personally would be pleased with this one, but I know what you mean (: Good run, anyway, so keep on doing this stuff, I enjoy it.
