Additionally... The Inclusion of the Vucan's Planned (But Downed by Politic's [On Both end's of the Atlantic]) Succsessor in the Interdictor Role The "BAC TSR-2 Eagle" is a nice Touch.
A Fantastic Tribute to one of the Most Beautiful & Gracefull Aircraft ever to Fly
I' Couldn't have Honoured Her any Better Myself,
She was even Admired in the USSR (The Very Geopoitical Rival She was Built to
Destroy) in 1987 (approx) a Soviet Air Marshal who was present at a British Air Demostration walked right past everthing & told his Guide "I want to see your Vulcan" when asked why he said "She is the only one who can reach my homeland".
The Vulcan shocked the American airforce to the core during the Red Flag trials in the 1960s and 70s. In those days an interceptor was just something to get up to 50,000 ft quickly and fire a missile at a Russian 'Bear'. The Vulcan was a nuclear heavy bomber could dogfight many 1960s fighter from 55, 000 ft right down to ground level and win. It is directly responsible for the change in thinking that led to the development of high performance fighters such as the F-16.
VULCAN IS BACK:!:!! omg i just saw it flying in RAF WADDINGTON , ENGLAND... A M A Z I N G @!@!@ LOUD FUCKER THO.. it flew along with the lancaster bomber ... beautiful sight :)
What a great company, AVRO. VULCAN is still totally unbelievable and awesome after all these years. And still so beautiful. True poetry in motion..

Great video I used to be stationed at RAF Upper
Heyford and when one of these Vulcans used to come in from Scampton to do touch and goes we'd all be out there watching.

Beautiful heavy bomber. She looks like a giant-sized fighter plane, very sleek and graceful.
A true flying work of art.

But has the Vulcan finally run out of time?
She needs £500k by this Friday or it's game over for good. Surely 5000 other people out of 60m can afford £100? Well 4999 now.

Well as of March 24th she made it :). Will this be a yearly service thing?

Truly the only dedicated bomber that could Maneuver along side, and out maneuver other nation's, fighter aircraft.
God bless the Vulcan.

Shame it's not in use any more. Imagine a fully modernized Vulcan limited to ground attack and Close air support.
Yeah, buh-bye to the enemy!
