The blood was put in with a greenscreen overlay. I don't think WMM has a chromakey effect. But you can get an editor for less than $100 bucks that has one.

No, especially not now with "The Movies" expansion pack, where you can move the camera freely and use the "green screen" set. You just need to use an outside editor that supports chromakey, and add the blood in yourself. For instance, the blood you see in this flick was drawn with MS Paint!
