@dreamingsky20o Kinda FREAK!!! at some point she use spanish... i mean, i´m looking russian boys and girls dancing at a russian theatre and their teacher suddenly explode: Que Bonito!! Muy Bien!! hahaha
some of them are still dancing now...and the guy you see in the end of the clip is Olof Westring, and he has been a principal with Royal Swedish Ballet for years
Others in the video are/were with RSB too and the girl the is on the floor and has her legs pushed down in a frog by Katja (the main girl) used to dance with Cullberg Ballet for many years
@writer13426 Its all in the back muscles, and abdominals. Sit ups will help, and try lifting just your back of the floor, while keeping your feet on the floor behind you to start of. It might hurt your hip bones, so put some small light padding there if it does. Also, if your finding it hard to keep your feet on the ground, get somebody to hold them down. You can also try lifting your feet AND your back of the ground to create a 'bowl' shape which will strech u out and will help towards it :D xx
well any dancer worth their salt can do what she does 3:37-3:44. if you don't have the strength or flexibility to lift yourself like that by a young age you probably won't make it in ballet.
I still haven't found the time to watch the whole movie.. oh well..
