Watch a few of his versions of great Beatles songs and watch a master of tone, smoothness and timing. I am normally very picky critiquing guitarists, but Troubleclef leaves me speechless. Watch his stuff and then watch yourself play.
You have read the book by Woods speed reading. You know how to play well, you are just not playing this beautiful song with emotion. You are to mechanical. Listen to the real McCoy. Then follow it. Your good , you will get it. Its like driving a stick, you have to make love to it! Best of luck..Cheers

are you sure your playing man your fingers don't match the timing of the song. this may be because of the video settings. try feeling the notes better by tapping your foot when you play.
Also the "open A" between the strums of A minor is actually a muted harmonic achieved but picking the A string with the pick and dampening the string with your hand at the same time. Subtle, but it's there.

Loads of vid's on youtube lag. In fact it is so common I start the video then pull the played so far button back and leave it a while to allow the full vid to load before attempting to play.Great playing BTW.
if your going to show how to play it you should move the camera out so people can see what your doing
