Thank you very much for the demonstration. I have just donwloaded the recipe as well. Your instructions are so easy to use, many thanks for sharing! All the best :)
@SeangDorkieSecret well just because its black doesn't mean its going to be super bitter. I myself was surprised with this too. You just cook the caramel until its kinda golden brown, take it off the heat, swirl it around, put on heat until it boils, and swirl till desired color, not too bitter but still very sweet :3
I just opened 2day my mail and found your recipy which I just watched with my wife ,she was so eager to know whats it got to do with Pumpkin, coz she did not read the headline and was so surprised by the result that she insisted on trying it.Thank you so much for this Video ,Tutorial and delicious recipy.God Bless you.
Why does it seems so easy to cut and peel the pumpkin. I bought one at Walmart the other day. I saw and hammer it. Not a single scratch on it. (I did leave scratches.) You know what I mean...
There aren't any major/any cavities in the pudding. . . Amazing!

make things easier: just quarter the pumpkin with the skin on and steam them until tender, then just scrape out the flesh with a spoon.

That caramel glaze is dark, that will be suppppper bitter..
SeangDorkieSecret 1 month ago
@SeangDorkieSecret But, depending on how the pudding itself tastes, it might not be so bad.
