amazing what bands like Kraftwerk, Neu and Tangerine Dream brought to the world from Germany beginning in the early 70s and on. Electronic rock is here to stay.

when i moved out i stole this record from my mum. didn't know she was listening to such good music...i played it to her a couple of days ago and she almost cried because of all the good memories that seemed to be forgotten and suddenly popped up again. fascinating moment.

Thank you. This is a great track. I saw them in Melbourne, Australia in 1975 when I was 13. I fell asleep twice during the concert because it was so thick with pot smoke. A great start to a marvelous adventure...

This is probably THE best guitarplay by Edgar. It really speaks...woooow. The Tangs made their most most interesting music at this time..

My favorite is the concert from Lisner Auditorium and the socalled Festival Pop D'Orange from Aug -75. Killer sequencer. Never heard anything as fast as that one. A big mystery how Edgar and Peter could follow up that sequencer....

Coldwater Canyon is actually one of the passes through the Santa Monica mountains linking L.A. with the San Fernando valley.

The album The Private Music Of Tangerine Dream includes other titles such as Rolling Down Cahuenga (another mountain pass) and Melrose which is another famous street in L.A.

Dommage que cette part coupe le solo de séquenceurs / guitare d'Edgar Froeze que je considère comme le moment le plus exaltant de ce morceau... Je me souviens d'un concert à Reims en 1974 dans la cathédrale ( à l'époque de "Phaédra" et puis un autre mais lors de la tournée de l'album "cyclone" où, déjà, Peter Bauman avait quitté le groupe... et où le groupe a perdu de sa magie...

Awesome group. There was once a show on Sunday night on PBS called Hearts of Space in the 80's and they played ALL of the current Tangerine Dream stuff as well as some other, even classical stuff in a similar vein (The Planets). I rate this with Dolls in the Shadow which I love. Anyone wanting something similar, you might try 1000 Airplanes on the Roof which someone has put up. Hearts of Space played them, too, as well as some Rick Miller (Starsong), and Robert Miles (Children).

Rainbow clouds is a physical sign of HAARP usage. Not all rainbow clouds are from HAARP but a good number. The Mad Scientists have been using HAARP an awful lot lately

The "rainbow clouds" are not really natural clouds, thats the problem with it. Its reflection in sprayed chemicals, aluminium dust and more. Its a sign for a poisoned sky
