Why not? Talk about an uncomplicated relationship. No emotional entanglements. And the best part is you don't have to endanger any innocent human girls lives by virtue of being close to you. There's really no reason not to. Cameron could do that for John and she wouldn't care. It wouldn't mean anything to her good or bad.
