Well done, interesting video. Its always great to see other shops. Getting a saw that cuts the right sized slots in the heel is a wonderful idea. Ill have to look for one. Looking at other luthiers, its a bit intimidating, but amazing as well. Thanks.
no offense the guitars sound good but why would you use a fast spinning drill to screw in the tuners. You have a better chance of stripping the head or at least wearing on it. I always tighten screws on instruments by hand.
is Brazilian rosewood harvesting where you live?

Its all about training. I have never had that problem using the drill. But then again I have installed hundreds of tuners on guitars.
