McGee went to the cyber unit (its in the basement so it was easy to get him back) Ziva went back to Mossad (Vance has good relationship with her father (the director) so it was pretty easy to get her back) and tony became a Agent Afloat and since hes on a ship its harder to get him back. (i know ur probably thinking he could use a helocopter and replace him but the idea is they dont want to do that since hes built relationship already

Jen misused a Federal office to go on a personal hunt for the man who killed her father, which also almost resulted in Tony's death. THAT'S AGAINST THE LAW.

Tom Morrow from Seasons 1-3 IS the best director for NCIS because he stayed far and away from Gibbs' business of solving crimes. Gibbs had a waaay better professional relationship with Morrow and rarely asked anything of Morrow unless he really needed it. Jen kept sticking her nose into every fucking case Gibbs was the lead investigator.

You know what I call 3 months without Tony? A good start. I might want him in a foxhole with me, but I sure wouldn't want to be in the Officer's Club with him when the battle was over. There's a YouTube video that lasts all of 5 seconds, titled "Slap Him, Ziva." Is there any other character in the history of TV that gets that treatment? I doubt it, and that says it all.

The differences I think you're talking about are in her hair and such, not an actual new actor. Or maybe you're thinking about Kate? Not the same actress and not the same character. The blonde who was killed in Season 1's "Reveille" was a female Hamas terrorist. Caitlyn Todd was killed off in Season 2's "Twilight." Lauren Holly wasn't even blonde when she was introduced in Season 3's "Kill Ari Pt. I and II."

There were two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT actresses playing two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT characters in two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT storylines in two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT seasons.

Well for starters, Vance has started to grow on me lately, and i think its ok to kill off jenny, because its a lot more emotional when characters who we love die. I mean imagine Tony dying. Vance can't convince me that he broke up Team Gibbs because he thinks Tony is the only who could've solved Evans' murder. There were other talented NCIS investigators who were just as good as Tony. Hell, those same two agents out of San Diego he tried to foist onto Gibbs could've been just as good.

He never said Tony was the only one to solve the Evans' murder. Tony was sent to the Seahawk because Vance needed to clear the team to make way for the three agents he thought were moles and to put those three under Gibbs's command to see if Gibbs can figure out who. He then used Ziva and McGee to be a part of the operation but Tony wasn't part of the op so he sent him to the ship instead to stay.

Also, in NCIS, being an agent afloat is actually a promotion of a sort.

And then what did Vance say to Gibbs when Gibbs wanted Tony back onto the team? Vance said, "Two men from San Diego. Take your pick. Or I will choose them for you."

It was clear that Vance had no intention of bringing back Tony whether he solved Evan's murder or not...even after his Agent Afloat status expired in three months. Thus my anger at him for even considering two agents to replace Tony when those same two guys were just as capable if Vance believed they were just as good as Tony.
