Just to be blunt, because Dr. Paul receives around 20-25% of the support in these primaries, my guess would be that only about 40% of Americans could be considered intelligent (I say 40% because of the high numbers of independents and even DEMOCRATS that are supporting him). I pray for the day that an IQ level and a critical thinking course are required as a prerequisite to voter registration.
