He actually looks like a COBRA guy, but he is REALLY kewl anyways! And as far as I can see he's got all that stuff(including the gimp mask on to protect him from his gun. I remember from the comics they used to say that his LASER used to put out a BUNCH of heat. And that was with the SMALL gun... This new gun is HUGE and probably puts out Gamma rays or something....
it probly is a scuba mask flash apears in the movie (for like 4 seconds) in the underwater scene in a submarine

Check Targets. Target has been much kinder to Joe then Walmart and I've actually seen a couple of Flashes, Pit Commandos and Helix's at Targets.
