if you look at the gear when he does 299 he is in 5th gear... and after hearing the sound he could go faster than that. I personally think the speedo is fake and as a rider that isn't 299, the road makes it seem like its going fast, but he acctualy gos around 250kmh, either that or the video is fast-up. but i think its fake.

Pas mal le montage. montage son au départ, et puis montage vidéo ensuite. quiconque a déjà roulé à ces vitesse verra que le terrain ne s'y prête pas, et surtout la vidéo défilante n'est pas en phase avec ce qu'affiche le compteur. Trop de virages, mais à part la résolution, on s'y croirait.

he "drift" the bike through the turn. spun the rear wheel through the turn thats why the bike screams through the turn and the speedometer rises but his actual speed never changed that dramatically. search motorcycle drifting videos and you will see

@tuolas no obviously you dont know what i am talking about, note that he is in 5th gear when the speedo reached 299kmh. back tire was obviously breaking traction. also note he is doing 250kmh when entering the turn and the speedo jumps to 299 kmh while in the turn. again obvious sign the rear tire was breaking traction. no it is not impossible there are plenty of videos of drifting bikes and power slides.
