after reading the first herectic i felt kinda sorry for the word bearers and coud kind of see why they did what they did (as a loyalist supporter myself this was unusual) but after reading know no fear it became clear once again though there actions against the ultramarines that the word bearers really are just back stabbing bastards that did what they did for chaos not humanity

@ZOMBO100 Their initial source of faith taken from them, while on their despair, they found out that all that they have being fighting for is a huge lie. The word bearers may not be justified for worshipping chaos, but really. The Emperor himself had it coming for not stopping from their ways sooner. Faith was the word bearer's strength, and now they use it against the imperium.

So many books about Space Marines, Chaos Marines, IG, Sisters, Inquisition, blah, blah. I wish we'd get more xeno stories. Too bad there's not much you can write about Orkz or Nids. Eldar are boring, no offense. Early Ork history, when they still had Brainboyz, might be good.

I'm really looking forward to this one. I hope it has a good deal of action in it. I like the extra info bits, but really some of the HH novels are getting a little slow and dull.

On the one hand this could be a good novel, well written, detailed and gives new light to an otherwise briefly detailed event. At the very least matching up to the standards Graham McNeil set with his series.

On the other hand it's giving more ammunition to the boastful, arrogant playerbase who makes up the Ultramarines today. Who will use this as an example to yet again state how much better they are than everyone else and how the Ultramurfs are "heirs to the Emperor" or some such nonsense.
